How Clariza protects your data and respects your business operations.

1. Data Collection & Usage

We only collect the data necessary to make your AI employees function effectively. This includes your business context documents, tool integration tokens, and the interactions your customers have with the AI. We never sell your data to third parties.

2. AI Model Training

Your business data is strictly used to train your private AI employees. We do not use your proprietary business documents, customer conversations, or internal communications to train our foundational models or any cross-customer AI models.

3. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect Clariza to third-party tools like Slack, Notion, or Salesforce, we request the minimum permissions required to perform the jobs you assign to your AI employees. We rely on official APIs and OAuth standards to ensure your credentials are never exposed.

4. Your Rights

You own your data. You can request a full export of your business context, or permanently delete your Clariza account and all associated data at any time through your dashboard.
