1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Clariza, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access our service.

2. Use License

Clariza grants you a personal, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the AI platform. You may not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

3. API & Service Usage

Your usage of Clariza's AI employees is subject to fair use limits based on your subscription tier. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive behavior, generate spam, or attempt to reverse-engineer our proprietary AI models.

4. Modifications to Service

Clariza reserves the right to modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the Service (or any part thereof) with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
