All data sent to and from Clariza is encrypted in transit using industry-standard TLS 1.2 or higher. Your business context, chat logs, and configuration data are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

2. SOC2 & GDPR Readiness

Our infrastructure is hosted on secure, compliant cloud providers (AWS/GCP) that maintain SOC2 Type II, ISO 27001, and GDPR compliance. We build our application architecture following the same rigorous standards.

3. Strict Access Control

Access to your business data is strictly controlled. Clariza engineers do not have access to your raw business context or chat logs unless explicitly granted by you for support purposes. We enforce strong multi-factor authentication for all internal administrative access.

4. API & Integration Security

Clariza integrates with your tools securely. We utilize OAuth 2.0 where available, meaning we never see or store your passwords for services like Google Workspace or Slack. You can revoke Clariza's access to any integrated tool at any time directly from the tool's security settings.
